With the ongoing recession at least for another one year every field of discipline is faced with serious droughts in the job market. With global recession being cited the most prominent reason for a dip in clientele projects from across the globe especially US has turned the Indian market upside – down. •    Degrees from such colleges has no value and hence fetch no jobs to the freshers from such colleges
•    Recession has threatened the jobs of existing employees needless to talk about the freshers entering the field
•    With fixed reservations for every job, ample of opportunities slip away from the hands of deserving candidates. Hence, leaving no room for freshers.
